I have read several Kaylee Ryan book and she writes amazing alpha males, so I expected the same from this book. I was not disappointed (though I have to say the guy on the cover is not at ALL how I pictured Tyler).
Tyler and Reagan have known each other forever. Tyler is Reagan’s brother, Ridge’s, best friend. They have been attracted to each other for years, and over the course of the past year, have become very close friends. They are both crap at hiding how they feel about one another.
They start dating and everything moves at a rapid pace. They had basically been dating for several months, without the intimacy. So it seemed natural for them to become more than friends.
Tyler. Oh my god how I loved this character. He was such an amazing character. He was a true alpha – loyal and kind. He was so good to Reagan and a good friend to all his guy friends. He made me swoon so many times over the course of this story.
Reagan was a tough chick. I really enjoyed her character. She had a good family and some fun friends as well.
If I had one complaint, this story was a little too long. I got a little bored about 75%, which is right around the point that the story picked up again.
Overall, this book was really good and I would recommend it. I’m going to go back and read book one in the series as well.
